bro i was try infinity its restart so can't format ffs so i try 2945#*# she give me only 10 sec after enter code she show sub memu and i choose "format nvram" many time i was failed to enter but lastly success

hello every one i have lg c1500 it restarting as soon as i put the battery in, so i canot do any thing and even its not connecting to ufs hwk ,please tell me how to fix this phone using ufs hwk and how can i flash the phone and where to get the flash files.
