LG KG800 needs help to fix - GSM-Forum

hey guys,
i need help with my lg kg800 (uk)
every time i use the slide the screen screws up..
im not a shop owner so i dont own any unlock/repair boxes and i dont trust the ones arround me after i heard they got raided for stolen phones...

im wondering if there is any LGtools program that dosnt require a box to reflash the firmware ( as i belive its a software problem ) oh an if it would work with usb (if not i could make my own ethernet to usb cable if needed)

i hope you can help other wise it an expensive trip to buy a new one.

found on another forum its a fault with the slide.
so as it under warranty im taking it back.
