i want to share this again for us. for reference!!! try nyo if working sa inyo ito..

PROBLEM:

* LG-KH1800 SHOW (KOREAN PHONE)

PROCEDURE TO UNLOCKED:

Service menus, GCF Test choose (R99)
Service menus, WCDMA Security (make sure they have check (INTEGRITY/CIPHERING MODE)
Service menus, WCDMA Channel (FULL)

NOTE: say it to your *******r.

thank for sharing but i think this solution only working on old fimware.I have one on my hand and do any thing as you said but phone is not unlocked.
