lg km900 arena - help needed

hello all. i need some help, now ive had this phone a few weeks now and im having some issues with it which ill list below.

1) playlists - i cant seem to trannsfer playlists to my phone using lg software or any other media player, lg pc suite's media player when synced with my phone will transfer all tracks direct to the sounds folder on the phone but will not transfer the playlists. ive followed instructions EXACTLY. connect phone in music sync mode, start lg pc software, select music, right click on playlist, select to phone. <--this is the part that dont work, this option disapears when phone is plugged in, if i disconnect phone this option reappears. ive tried medi player 11, this transfers tracks and playlists, but when i go into the phones music player the playlists show up as unknown and they are all emptym winamp does the the same and so does media monkey. desperately needing help with this one

2)homescreen cube - are the default pics and icons on the sides of the supposed to update and show ur own contact pictures, icons and media
