best solution is to cut screen guard from top left side where

proximity sensor is

it worked for me

It worked, thanks zipzap kill. I'd flash the phone 4 times before.

i have bought my LG km900 and when i am trying to call..

the screen and buttons will be off.

i can hear the tone but i don't know to answer it and to check on it.

- i have seen a way here at internet to resolve this problem.

but unfortunately, i am really scared in cutting it and i don't know if my phone have a screen protector already.

kindly reply me a solution for this problem.

Is there any OTHER solution? The protector is transparent, but seems it blocks the light .
I wouldn't really cut anything at touch screen.

1809#*900# then calibrate the proximity sensor.
