i have solution for -- How did you get this code to work and you can't type * and #, only numbers (digits only) when phone ask for unlock code?
1.insert accepted sim card
2.using another phone make call on the sim card of the lg phone
3.answer and now u can see u can use keypad while your call is active
4.Type 1809#*500# on the handset's keypad and select the reset option to 'restore factory' settings.
now your phone is reset .

I tried hard reset many times. Anyway I can't delete or add contacts to handset memory - phone says: "Failed! Handset memory is full!" But it isn't full. From 1000 available contacts, used 266. And I can not delete those 266. And I can not add at least one contact... What's happen'd with my phone?
