whene connect the phone in off mode then found new hardwere ... with usb but driver not take and after 30sec set on whene set on any com not show in my leaptope hou to flash plese help in detail sir

Are you using Vista? I got some problem on vista like this. Try on Windows XP.

only wirtual com on fg box , infinity box or hwk (wirtual com )

plug it into usb via cable without battery then it'll get installed . and flash it also without battery.
