how to remove call forwaring *71xxx ? LG G2 VS980 Verizon

Hello,

In my carrier I need to dial : *710# to check my credit

but when I dial my LG asks me to complete 10 digits to enable call forwarding, I think in Verizon you can enable call forwarding by typing : *71xxxxxxx

Is it possible to remove it ?

Thank you
