Lg L1400i HELP! EMERGENCY FEATURE - GSM-Forum

okay i just recently bought a brand new Lg L1400i , and the phone is great , just one problem. I cant Dial any calls without it saying emergency only . how do i disable this so i will never see it again and be happy with this really nice phone
