LG u8138 locked,on 'tre'

A friend has an lg u 8138 locked,it has an usb cable,and i have the software to unlock.Can be unlocked with the usb cable??

seems that you are living in sweden, i recommend you to step back since there is no cheap solutions to unlock '1' phone,
alternative unlock it in one of the shops in your country

I'm living in Romania.So,i think i'll get an unlock cable,but first of all i got to find one

buy a ufs and then we discuss the other thing.

@microe,honestly what u say isnt really correct cause an lg 8138 can be unlocked with only the flash-unlock cable...its also pretty easy!

really ? with what free software and what versions does it support 106+ also ?

how many LG's have you unlocked so far ? 100-250? or less
i have tested the Babes unlocker,it could not even unlock a u8110 its a f.ucking ridicolous software.

ps. i was using comcable with external 9v power, but phone was still locked so i bought a log at griffin server and it worked

i did a good amount of lgs and i can be witness of the fact that flash RW + unlock-flash cable + babes (and a factory reset) can do the job for every lg except for the R and for some timeouts!


P.S:200-250 lg?you are really wrong man!

we'll the history of lg u-series with ® and non-® versions is over now,
everybody made money through it and i bet you was one of them and also analphabets was included in the amount of unlocking lg-phones.

for me i just keep selling licenses/equipments e.tc,e.tc -
unlocking phones for end-users is not my thing - i prefeer more to work at MCDonalds which gives more money these days than unlock for a customer whcih needs 5EUR discount on every phone.

but the thing that u know that an end-user wants a 5EUR discounts means that u did also unlock for end-users in your history!

setool 2 is usefull for timeouts and lg R,but honestly i bought it expecially for 8180 but this is a sad part of this "lg" story.
setool 2 though didnt introduce anything new for 8130 v106+ and 8138 v102+ and all the other older lgs cause all these phone could be unlocked with the procedure i wrote above!without this update for 8180 i think setool 2 looses some credibility cause that update was announced to come out as soon as the phone came out in the shop but this didnt happen!

i am sure though that Mr laser is working hard on making this update and everybody should blame all of those programmer who copied mr laser work!its their fault that now the people who bought the original software setool 2 have to wait(even tho i dont think this is fair,i mean the users should complain cause its not their fault that somebody copied mr laser work)!


P.S:anyway i still think that also " not end-users" ask for a 5EUR discount!at least i do,and i am sure that other people from this forum do the same
