LG U8380 problem to turn it on - GSM-Forum

Hi, I got one U8380 received to change the ribbon. But after open it can't turning on. Only its getting when I push and hold the power button, but if I release the power button its getting off, even its not recognize the sim too. Please help.

Are you shure your ribbon is good ? Very often china flat cable have shorcuts in his lines and phone can not start with a "new" cable. If your old cable not damaged at all, you can try with it to see that board power on LED
