LG U970 Shine - GSM-Forum

hi, i have recently purchased this phone from somebody who was advertising it in the local paper. i met up with her, gave her £200 and she gave me the phone. the phone has been working fine up until now, but today the display read "INACTIVE USIM". i cannt make any phonecalls or send any txt messages. i also cannot get any signal. does this mean she has blocked the phone? i have tried getting in touch with her, but when i dial her number, it says number not recognised, so i think she has changed her number. is there any way of unblocking the phone? i dont need it unlocked as it is already on the 3 network.
so basically; is there a way to unblock it?
if anyone at all could help me, i would appreciate it greatly.

try 2945#*# and make full factory setting and see

if it is not working you have to wait to support via Boxes

U can take it to any Gsm Engineer around U; the Solution is available now on FG

this must be a a handset, somebody reported stolen. just check about same first. if not. call up network. they will sort out.

its not blocked, i just want to know how to unlock it to all networks as its locked to 3
