hi i have htis 1 lg510w doesnt want to unlock code

when i go to deactive i get CODE ERROR

imei-->350348265146638

49889556 or 54028894 or 54038894
none working

is this hardware problem?
do i need to flash him?
if so who can sell me software?

so its from that place then where orange network from
