I have a LGB470 that refuses to be read on my computer as well as refuses to go to download mode. I use the octoplus box and it does not read it. i turned on the usb data services on the phone and it still does not want to read. it tells me that there is something wrong with the phone like it is damaged and the diagnostic doesn't help. i try to put the phone into download mode and it keeps going to system update and does nothing. is there anything that i can do that would make it so that the phone is seen by the computer and is able to be unlcoked
