Have got the unlock code for my LG U400, does anyone know how and where to enter it in?

LG Cu500 , LG Cu400 Unlock instructions

Step Action
1 Insert non-Cingular SIM card
2 Power on the handset (phone will display "Invalid SmartChip")
3 In Idle screen, enter 159753#*# (phone will display "Enter NCK,
Remaining 5")
4 Enter the 8 digit SIM Unlock code
5 Select "OK" (the handset is now successfully unlocked)

This procedure to enter unlocking codes for LG CU500 and CU400, not U400, U500, from Cingular USA work 100%, tested by me..thanks

oh dam.. they don't sell 3G sim cards here in Ireland ..... am doomed with this beautifully dead phone
