Need help with LG U880 - GSM-Forum

I have LG U880 mobile phone. Got some software to unlock my phone but did not work and all I get on the phone screen is "Unavailable media file". What did I do? Can it be fixed? Do I have to restore phone to factory default settings and try again? Am quite software illiterate so will need instructions.

u need2 found out where the phone come from and flash it with right media file
