KU990i SMTI UnlockFail - GSM-Forum

Dear team,

can you please helpme to get out this error message I got everytome i want to unlock KU990i using the SMTI box.

Phone IMEI :359xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
- NAND Info :toshiba_tya000bc00bogg | 98:CA | 40:800 |
- Revision :KU990i-MSM6280-V10d-SEP-09-2009-XX
- Brand info :KU990iAT-01-V10d-214-04-SEP-09-2009+0
- Compiled :Sep 10 200900:25:36FEB 13 200917:00:00KU990i
- User Code :0000

- Server check supported ...Supported!

- Exec Fail, try once more!

the Phone reboot By itself in this step.

the battery is fully charged.

also My credit account is valid and i have a good balance.
