Problem unlocking LG KS360 and KP500 - GSM-Forum

Hi am relitively new to this, but i am having problems unlocking the two phones.

When i use the polarbox 2 with the newest updates it brings up the NCK code on the screen but when i go to enter it into the phone there is no option to on the handset menu.

Is there something i am doing wrong?

Put original sim or test sim on the phone and power on. Type 2945#*71001# you will get the option for NCK code. Type the digits and press OK.
