Problem on unlocking with super clip - GSM-Forum

hi,
i try to unlock lg8120 v1.05 with super clip and now the phone says usim locked i tried everything now i can't use the phone, anyone tell me what i can do now, i had only super clip. I had problem in unlocking motorola v600 new software with super clip and i feel its total waste of money to buy super clip, can u poll ur opinion please!

sorry but the super clip is a good product but you need to check info before you unlock phones

i have sold loads of the super and its good but does have its down falls

LG and motorola both have new software verions in the handsets which the super doesnt support

but if you check with the supplier of the super clip he can give you all the infomation needed to check the software versions on the LG.

as for the Motorola. new updates are needed. the smart-clip has already been updated to unlock the new software versions and the super will get them soon

mRC is right, but if you find someone with furiousdongle, etc they can rectify this fault.

Well, if you took time to read the manual, you would see it say that it only support up to v103

As for unlocking through the usb port, it is very important that your superclip is charged as it takes a lot of power from battery and if battery is low in superclip you will get problems unlocking handsets through usb

Product is not a waste of money, but this post is a waste of bandwidth!!

I have had mine for 3 months and it is one of best tools I have next to the smart-clip

£180 For griffin lg clip
£189 For nemisis clip

Well save your breath lads..You are talking to an idiot..Slags a product off for not doing a phone that isnt even supported by the clip in the first place.
I suggest he goes back to school and learns to read!
