Reset screen lock LG B200E
 

Hi, I have a customer with an LG B200E who forgot her password but really wants to keep her data. I used the Octoplus box but it seems it cannot reset the screen lock. I read the memory with the box but only got 4mb. Is it possible to find the code in there? Or does anyone know any other way to help this customer? Thanks
