Yep, another newbie asking for advice. Just rec'd my new LG 8380 phone and thought I'd get the ******* MicroSD 512mb memory card for it. Tried to put it in - clicked into place ok - phone doesn't recognise it. Tried formatting in Windows as FAT32 still wouldn't read on the phone. Any ideas guys as the seller insists the card works on the LG phones!

Saw that in the manual also, but the retailer insisted it would work. Will probably have to go back to them then??? Not happy with their advice

Please Formating with Fat only not Fat 32

WORKED a CHARM!!! So the manual is WRONG we LG 8380 users can use a memory card greater than 256mb - FAT formatting worked!!!
