here is the procedure to flash this phone(before flash phone was restarting himself after showingLG):

WHIT GSMULTI 3.0 flasher,
flashfile from here:http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f177...250-a-1126766/
and dll is in atas.good luck
