!!!! target shutdowned!!!! problem with FlashRW

I am trying to fash U8120 with FlashRW using modifeid (com+usb) cable,
I am using window xp SP2,
Everything was going good,
But after some time I got this error !!!! target shutdowned!!!!
Please help me to resolve the problem

hi bro
there are 2 possiblilities...
1. is that the battery of the phone is dead... battery shd be 75%
2. u need to install the drivers of the USB cable.

check these things and than bro let me know.

I have recharged the battery, but now I will try again with fully recharged battery.
I have already installed the USB drivers.

read the manual and the message appearing on software properly ---target shutdownd--- usually comes when flashing is completed check wether u have selected files properly or not

Yes It shows Target Shutdown After 100% of flashing,
But if flashing is completed then why phone is still dead?
Or do I need GDFS flashing?

with your flashing details it only shows that you have loaded/flashed

'D:\Software\LG\U8120_V104_Italy\U8120_phone_wcdma _4mbram.ssw'

this only 1 part of four files to be flashd and note if you have the flash file v104 and contains only 3 files dont flash it (either incomplete or needs patch???) try to get v101 with 4 files comes in part1 and part 2 with 2 files each. add all four then flash.

I have tried to flash with V101 four flashes,
