Anybody know the difference?
From what I gather from Google searches, KS is Europe and TE is for North American versions?

Also, are they the same size? weight? (Meaning same accessories like cases & car chargers would work for both phones?)

one is frequency or band: te368 has 850mhz and ke360 900mhz instead.
