[TUTORIAL] LG A140 Flashing - GSM-Forum

Since LG A140 is a Sagem based phone, SMT Sagem software is needed to download S/W.

Flashing Procedure:
1. Download SMT_Sagem_software_20110616.zip and extract.
2. Donwload SMT_1.1.0.1.zip and extract.
3. Download firmware(links are at the end of this post), extract and copy all the files to SMT_Sagem_software_20101117 folder.
4. Install USB driver from SMT_1.1.0.1\Tools folder (you may need to connect the phone to complete installation).
5. Run LGE_SMT_U38TM.exe from SMT_1.1.0.1 folder, you'll get the settings winndow, select SMT_Sagem_software_20101117 folder in Master Directory, click OK.
6. Now main window wil open, connect the phone to usb cable and click detect, it will write Connection OK if detection is successfull.
7. Click Download.

Hi Nasir,

I am sorry to say but the links you provided are not working, the files might be deleted. Can you please help me to get the flasher?

Do you have any idea about the files you provided whether they contain Portuguese language in it?

I badly need to change few A140 languages into Portuguese. Please help me brother.

I have found and reinserted the files up on rapidshare in this topic and for other Users.
Except this one : SMT_Sagem_software_20101117.zip
Could mr.nasirahmed or anyone upload please this file, plaese?
And two more questions : Is A140 flashing possible only via USB or am I able to make it also via serial port?
Does anybody know for sure that any one of these firmwares contain hungarian language?
I vote for the two romanian flashes. There's no hungarian in the german language group.

I don't have any informations about these language packs. (There's only 4 possibility for A140 and 2 possibility for A140GO. )
No one could upload correct pinout for LG A140 USB cable, so I could not flash the phone.
It could give us informations about A140's language groups.
So we still need infos about A140 language pack included these 6 firmawares and a correct USB pinout. (Sagem My411v, My411x, my220x, vodafone 226 etc. USB and NO serial pinout - I have it.)
So mr. Abzal need info about russian and I need info about hungarian language for these phones.,,, Is there any?
Or is here anybody who knows that?

I think is same cable here:

My cable is MY850C Usb has come with Setool included cables.
I can help you search language packs.
Ah... Windows 7 not work program flash... after switch usb crash...

Demongsm and Aishur very thank you re-uploaded, i'll try tomorrow on monday posted result.

Ps: Recomend use win xp is more stable!
Pss: In monday i can test flashing!
