U8120 Security code - GSM-Forum

Hi .. anyone removed the security code from a U8120 ? I can unlock them with prodigy but .. no luck on security code

Have you test redbox with lgu8120 ? or you just talking , i have red box my self it is not working with 8120

He allways says RED-BOX ... no matter if support or not phone if it's usefull or not for solving problem u reffer at ...

I cant type any numbers will asking for a usim card .. is this normal ?

Type :277634#*# and you will enter in test-mode where you have "factory reset" function...after reseting code will be 0000!
And,use forum's "search" button sometimes!!!

it worked with the code and then reset factory settings
when u type the code .. the numbers dont display on the screen .. that was what was confusing me
