Unlock LG900g trackfone done!!!!

COuld anyone help me how to use USBMap_V01 ?it can not find my phone.I have windows 7 and it can not install the driver properly.

Hi,

I can confirm that the method described in the first post works to convert an LG 900G "hardlocked" phone (like Tracfone does) to a GW300 with possibility to unlock IMEI (which I did after, with a key from Fastgsm). Took me a little while to find the software specified, since the links are old and had to find some alternatives.

Just a few notes: in my case, Windows 7 really, really did not want to work. I had to install Windows XP on another partition to test. Also, there are several versions of USBMap, if one doesn't work, try another version.

Also, **** Tracfone for putting hardlocks on phones, I don't even think this kind of practice would be legal in the EU, where I reside.

Im having trouble getting gsmulti to work. Every time i open the program i get an error that says invalid program file name, please check your pif file. I have looked every where and i cant find how to fix this problem.

Im desperate need already flashed the phone it now displays GW300 but can't unlock it with LGTool when I use the free service and enter the 17 digit IMEI I get error message free but possible credits required the LGTool box can unlock LG phone with 15 digit IMEI this phone has 17 if I provide you with the IMEI would you please help me to unlock it thanks
