Upgrade g5300 to g5300i with Swedish firmware? - GSM-Forum

Hi!
Are there any swedish firmware available for my g5300 (p16)? Want to upgrade it to a 5300i with swedish firmware! Have read the other threads and it seems like there are only other european languages available??!! Don´t wanna have a phone with english or russian language!

Hi!

I flashed my from 5300 to 5300i about a week ago, and I got the Swedish text on it. The most amazing thing is that before I flashed it the batteri held
for about 2 days (at most). After I flashed it it holds for nearly a week!!!!

I still got the firmware on my computer, so if you give me an emailadress I send it over for you.

What version is it btw? I've got a working G5300i 2.05 flash, but I would like a newer one as this one has some bugs.

602: Yes, "Svenska" means Swedish, so that firmware will work too. What version is yours?
