What is the difference between W and G series in terms of firmware and PCB? - GSM-Forum

I see that non of the f_loaders include this option. It is just written 5200, 5300 and so on. Whether the supported model is G or W is not indicated. Anybody knowing this?

G - firmware with gprs
W- firmware without gprs

there is no difference in PCB
you may flash W or G firmware in any phone
