You are looking for a 2 on 1 programmer...
JAVA programming is different from Symbian programming.

However, hope someone helps you.

Just to add...

Even so is not so simple. If plan built JAVA, must think if will use Midp 1.0 or 2.0. For example 3650 uses midp 1.0 and 6600 uses midp 2.0 (I think, not totally sure, need to confirm). In resume, both support 1.0, but 2.0 will not run on 3650.
About Symbian, must also depends on platform... if is series 20 or 40 or 60 and so on...

I am an Java Aplication Developer for Mobile which anable java. I have Written some applications. To write a Java program for mobile you should have:
+ J2sdk1.4.x or later
+ J2ME Wireless Tool kit 1.0/2.0
