Actually no way phone to phone via air

midlets and polyring tones cannot forward OTA (over the air) phone to phone.
you can load up the jad and jar files to a web site in the same direktory or set the jar url in the jad file (if its an other directory). set (ask provider to do that ) MIME types for .jad and .jar extenzions. so, when you brows to the jad file by mobile phone, and click on it, the server push the jad into your phone, and your phone request the jar from the server based on the info in the jad file and install it on the phone.
This way U can share your java apps OTA.

regards,
