clarion pu2294 stereo with 93c46 eeprom

i have dumped file but just get all FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF Is this read correctly, i cannot upload zip file

i have made an adaptor so it can read rotated eeprom but i still get same result, all FFFFFFFFFFFF on the read out, could the eeprom be damaged ?

again i cannot upload dump in .rar file

On the accident it can be damaged

,but did you determinate in radio exact pins for GND and VCC ,by this you will never miss type of eeprom (rotated or not ) , now you have to put eeprom in a proper adapter ,and measure voltages
VCC must be near 5v when read or program if this fall down under 4 volts it is damaged,and sometimes it is not case it just not accept any data to be written try to write any data in it and see if not come same from reading it is bad ,you must exchange it ,and make here request for good dump content
