What's problem exactly , you need code or can't insert him ?

display write CODE ! Buttons without reaction.No insert code.Perhaps counter?

If write - Code , then counter is not blocked , maybe you have other hardware problem....
But you can try this dump , only for diagnose this is dump problem or not .
