. . was fixing car and accidently pick radios fuse and now radio asking code what i cant find anywere

Car is 2002 model Opel Omega
and type code is WOLOVBF6 93101 2274

I would be happy if someone coud help me for this problem

We no need VIN from you car ( here no have Opel dilers)

.. radios number is 090 115 095
If that mean something , behind radio name was Blaupunkt car 2003(s)
