Hi premierpaul

You mis-understand Zlix.. Your radio is time locked, as a result of entering wrong code.
The memory contents of the security eeprom chip... is referred to as the 'dump'
A radio decoder would read this dump to obtain the code, and at the same time reset an error counter.

In your profile... you've forgotten your city... maybe Dublin?

Better using a radio decoder.
Main dealers usually don't have the equipment to deal with locked radios.
