let's it connect on 12v and on position for more time or you can reset it by eprom

need more information on the radio as some with mcu and some with eprom see which one is it from links below

radio is locked and timmer needs reseting in the mcu.

yes use motorola cracker and read MC68HC05B6 and reset it , if you cant than best take it to your local decoder as you may do more damage than good to your radio
