Thanks for your confirmation, i was checking it with the scope and there's no data coming out from the PDH004A also the clock signal looks weird, the strange thing is that i have 2 units and both do the same.

Hi Nitropy, I had 2 of those older radios in E-34s.


I could never figure or find the code for MY 'KE-91zbm' radio units, so I ended up re-programming the little EPROM chip located on the main circuit board (yeah, you basically have to take the entire radio appart).


The EPROM not being socketed (in my case anyway), had to unsolder it.


Once unsoldered, I used a EPROM programmer we had at work to re-program the content with binary found in this thread.


The sole reason of using a binary from this thread is for the known matching radio code.

ok, If I understand, I have two ways: Read the eeprom, post here and get the code from some "kind soul" , or, reprogram it with a eeprom previously posted and use the associated code to unlock the radio

Using another dump from the internet is not advised, best use original dump with original code.

In any case, yes, you'll need to remove and fully disassemble the radio. I might have a radio or board lying around.
