Try expert from your location don't take one car radio to become a decoder.

man its not eeprom its sound ampli
its not easy for a newbie to read the eeprom
you need a programer to do this job and experience in electronics
so better to take the radio to an expert he will solve the problem and it will cost you less than buying programer
