Cdr24 protect

I have a radio posche CDR24 with the word "PROTECT", what does it mean?
And 'possible to delete it permanently?

Normally "protect" shown on lcd means that the output chip is faulty.

in the standard car stereo and 'so', but this should be
the protection immo with the optical cable.

This is a immo coded radio cdr24 this is the reason why it says protect if the radio goes into the original car in which it was married to the protect will go away and radio will work as normal.

what you are saying is based on kenwood cars only.
