Clarion dvd radio malfunction

How are you?

I have a dvd clarion radio

Model NX503E

The problem is that the radio powers on very well starts on radio perfectly but rebbots by itself within 15 secods

THe radio has original sd sw card
I read somewhere on net that need to change sd that may be might be faulty
I copied the drivers all in new sd 8gb card but again the same problem

the radio reboots by itself within 15 secods after it is powered on
Where must be problem dear friends

When I remove sd from its slot the radio does not rebot but only says
the sd card is missing
