HI

I need a clarion radio decoding. Can this be done with the information below? I am told it needs the top removing and a set of joints looking at? Is it converting from binary to dec?

c*-*-*-*-*-*-*

96 13? 456-80 the ? could be an 8 3 or 0

Please can you help, this is really annoying me!
