do you know what dump is, its the content of eprom data, I would suggest to you best take it to your local decoder before you make more damage to the unit.

If your location is valid as seen here many can help you. Using wrong location asking code from serial is just wasting your time. Meet local decoding personel or get a replacement from shopping online it will take days to get to you.
