it is naturally a file format bin in hex code

you want only 0101001010101010

Maybe we're looking for the code in the wrong place

maybe it's in the eeprom

NO, you saved as .HEX but just called it .BIN,
it is not a quick process for us to convert your file to .BIN,
Just read again and save as .BIN

This is what your file looks like to us:

You need a better programmer.
After I converted your file it is too small, not enough data

maybe the source of the problem is on the radio. I tested the reading with my programmer again on the skoda radio (9s12DP512). The reading (dump) is correct when the radio is switched on. Chrysler radio have antitheft and no turns on without a car. Any ideas how to turn on the radio on the table?
