Please can someone help me, my girlfrielnds car radio is locked, text displayed says 'Radio Locked' and I don't have the code

Peugeot T1 Niv2
7 648 146 392
Serial no is BP8146Y5942579
Blaupunkt Peugeot 206 N2

Do I need to take the unit in? I have been told that I may have another chance to enter the code if I leave the radio on for up to 2 hours although I don't have the code.

Could someone provide me with the code to enable me to do this
