You will need to read EPROM inside the radio for which you will need a programmer you will need to read 24Cxx EPROM.
If you are not familiar with electronics I would suggest you take it to your loca radio decoder as it will be easier and less chance of you damaging this unit. As there are a good few decoders in your area.
