Thanks for all your help guys - the vehicle is coming in tomorrow & I will update you all with the results.
I have programmed 2 continental stereo's 1= bogege version & 2= shootings version.
Another 2 members have responded with (bogege's version)
Can anyone confirm the Blaupunkt version is the same (data change & locations).
Regards Billy

Hi,
Both versions failed to stop the bleeping.
The vehicle came in for a MP3 upgrade - the original unit continental RD4N1-00 was upgraded to RD4N1M-03.
Even the original data copied from the working RD4N1-00 was programmed into the MP3 version & still bleeped.
I noticed the vin data locations for both stereo's are different.
I'm thinking it's Lexia 3 time??? unless anyone knows of a good equivalent?
Thanks again for your help - it has still been a worthwhile exercise.
All the best for the New Year
