Delco Rds - ST24C08 chip - read 9355093

Delco Rds - ST24C08 chip - read 9355093
I have built a I2c interface and dumped the 8k.
But I am having trouble interpreting the data.
I have looked for every pattern that I can in
hex, decimal and ASCII. And can't find the pattern I'm looking for.

I have the dumps and original vins for both stereos.

Has anyone on here dealt with delco's encoding schema for these radios?

I wanted badly to accomplish this myself. But after staring at the data for 2 days I am still at a loss.
