Skoda SWING !
Bad situations , if you lost orig. dump you now have memorial .
Other dump can't help you , better try to read that memory with other programmer.

i read dump but it safe can you reset countr and calck code when send dump thanks for replay

yes we can, but you are may be nervous if can't wait 1h to unblock it self and read dump with no safe ?
For code you will need to find your self cause there is no algorithm and procedure to get some digits is difficult for you ,looks from this angle
