93C46 works,93C06 is only 2 lines.Just reseted counter as 93C46 and radio works

Glad it works, tho Carbase says:

93C06 16x16 = 256 bit = 32 bytes Microwire Standart MW 6005L,9313,T46E, 41AD SM16, 76005

As long as it works
