this forum is not working good.

the Mod's are taking a nap??

they are not keeping the rules?

the fact that the newbies do not read the rules are not surprise to me

but what make not sense is that they are not supporting the few members
that try to keep the rules going on...

I speak for myself, but i see other members not getting thanks from the Mods...
or not closing threads that are against the rules...

so, this is not working good...

You are right,
I have worked a lot on forum, and as you see many thread and stuff are moderated by me,
just that Zlix, is not here all the time so if he accept we need to if we can change the stat of moderator for another one, who is alway's connected to help me moderating this subforum !

Zlix is one of the best in car radio decoding and hence a quality material to guide this subforum. Is it not possible to have an allocation for one more moderator.

I as for me itself helping to whom can in subject decoding, as am doing already it, remember that here it is necessary to help and not to close so many post,this is not a subject to change moderating as i already saw in other forums of the world this is a subject of brings back to consciousness collective and to help without requesting nothing in return they remember that to the free knowledge we will be moore fast

what I see sometimes, is Mods let open theads of people without profile.
also helping people without profile.
not Clicking THANKS when a member try to show to other member an error.
maybe, profile or post-code-from-serial or non related material.
Copyrighted soft shared once and again, out of control.
I have talked with Zlix in the past, and have something in return...
at least a word of support.
In the past (not long ago,remember I'm a newbie) i have sended PM to Spider-man without success. non a word. the man-spider is so busy, even to say hello. have I mentioned the CLICK-on-thanks thing???
I like to be here, to help if I can... but sometimes feel aaaggggghhhh!

I believe every man here have well say according to personal way of reasoning is good both moderator meet one on one talk select between 5 expert here older in forum than me that come online regular. Spider-man and Zlix is good moderator two more is ok to help. Watching foolishness adopted by many new member even others from different department and field of knowledge that gain access talking rubbish here kick out this childish. Because their can programme dosen't mean can maintain stand of test per country aspect of decoding. This a professional forum with bigger goal so let honor ability here not foolishness. Violation of rules here is like vapour of water in air like dust moving in random motion uncountable. This 5 expert has to pass on test to see their ability and eager to moderator not a wolf or criminal that praise himself for self centre honor.
If my suggestion is grant i can say few men that can plan in this forum minus me. I hate chicken and scape-goat, i believe men are known by ability to maintain power not cry. This sub-forum have come to position of people looking for them not them looking for people. It attract attention like beautiful damsel, maybe because of free service?

I believe you are right in this suggestion no man can abide in Pc for long world today dance crazy. So every man in crazy tune to overcome this music tune or counted naughty. 100% ok by me for this suggestion all old moderator be and abide for geniueness record and service.

We don't need to get rid of anyone, what we want is MORE moderators to protect our forum...
and also the new moderator can't be a newbie with less than 500 or so posts...
he needs to be expierienced...

I would like to say a big thanks you to the current mods Zlix and Spider-man. We see the work they are doing.
Cos of the good work this team and the members are doing the forum is getting bigger and naturally we need more hand on deck to sail this forum smoothly.

well, i think maybe one Mod more will do.
nobody can be sitted all day to manage this.

the man/woman must know the art of decoding, and apply the rules
that maybe we have to review.
Zlix and Spider-man are doing their job, but it is not enough.

I assume that the site can not filter the new members in order to
sepparate decoders from radio users, mass downloaders from new tech that
need a hand to start, so the only way to control this is have fair rules set,
and apply them with strict and gentle way.

like to hear your minds.
